This chilli jam is my first entry into the preserves world. I've added rose water, petals and ginger to give a more interesting flavour which is not overpowering and works well with a melted camembert fondue or you can use it as a glaze for roasted ham or root vegetables.

Chilli Jam with ginger and rose

  • Fresh red peppers and chillies cooked in apple cider vinegar and sugar, finised with rose petals and fresh ginger.
